What LUFS Should My Track Be for Spotify?
Spotify normalizes audio to -14 LUFS. If your track is louder, it gets turned down. If it's quieter, it gets turned up (but may sound thin next to louder masters). The sweet spot is -14 LUFS integrated with a true peak under -1 dBTP.
